CUMMINS TUITION REIMBURSEMENT PROGRAM
Certain graduates of the Cummins Engines and Cummins Power Generation Programs may be eligible for Cummins’ tuition reimbursement program. Additionally, Cummins Inc. will provide one tool kit (either Diesel or Power Gen, depending on the program) upon employment. Cummins program graduates hired by a participating Cummins dealership should discuss with Cummins how to apply for reimbursement, as well as eligibility criteria and conditions that may apply.
REQUIREMENTS: To be eligible to take either Cummins MSAT program, you must graduate from the UTI Diesel Technology program or another ASE Education Foundation-accredited diesel training program with a GPA of at least 3.5. You must possess a valid U.S. motor vehicle license with no current drug-or alcohol-related convictions.
Cummins Inc. is partnering with STEM Fuse to bring "Career Highways" to Universal Technical Institute (UTI)-Avondale students.
The partnership will help students showcase their skills and explore opportunities with Cummins.
Cummins has a rich set of career paths and is continually developing and recruiting talent for their workforce.
With this collaboration, Cummins will directly invest into UTI labs to ensure graduates are well prepared to work on Cummins’ state of the industry engines and equipment.
Our programs are growing quickly which has created challenges in mentoring candidates and measuring the success of our programs.
Career Highways provides early workforce development monitoring and will allow us to scale our programs quickly.
